Blend of Proprietary Acrylics - Acts as a bonding agent to fuse the base to the nail for maximum adherence.
Ingredients: Ethyl Acetate, Isopropylidenediphenyl Bisoxyhydroxypropyl Methacrylate, HEMA, Tocopheryl Acetate, Retinyl Palmitate, Panthenol, Hydroquinone*, p-Hydroxyanisole*.
